I see you updated a product i purchased how can i download the update?

We will update any file downloads and inform you of such updates by email. All updates for Cubits range of products are 'free for life' meaning minor and major updates are free.

PayPal doesn't let me purchase in my country?

Simply contact us by going to http://www.cubic-audio.info/contact and we will be able to assist you.

Where can i download my product?

In the top menu go to 'My Account' then click the tab 'Files'. All your files are available to download there.

Do you support credit cards?

We support paypal which supports payment with just a credit card so you dont need a paypal account and can use your card directly through paypal no hassle.

Can you refund a product?

We do not refund software, unless you purchased 2 of the same software we can only refund 1.

How do i buy a product?

Choose your product by clicking Add To Cart at the bottom of the product page, once added click Checkout in the Cart.
Then once you have done that it will show you the items in your cart. Click Review Order to see the product(s) you have purchased then press Submit Order. If you have any more questions please contact us at support@cubic-audio.info

What happens if i purchase 2 of the same VSTi by accident.

You will receive a receipt on transaction completion, provide us a copy to show proof you ordered 2 copy's and we will return you the cost of the accidental purchase. Please send all emails to purchase@cubic-audio.info
